Here's what you can expect to happen next:

Step 1:
One of our experts will evaluate your case and reach out to you if we need more information.

Step 2:
After we evaluate your case, we will notify you whether we will take it on.

Step 3a
If we decide to take on your case, we will send you some documents to sign so we can start acting on your behalf in negotiations. To protect your privacy, we will NOT ask you for personal health information until we take on your case.
Step 3b:
If we cannot take on your case, we will let you know why. There may be a variety of reasons, but most likely it's because our negotiation strategies does not apply in your particular situation.
